Betti NB/80/BR

Description:
The Betti NB 80 BR is a machine for packing granular and powdery products in boxes and bottles made of plastic, glass, etc. with pressure or screw cap. The containers can be of different shape and size and be sealed with either pressure or screw caps.
Operation:
The operator loads the containers onto the inlet magazine; from there they are conveyed to the infeed point.
A circuit of holders takes one bottle for each element and conveys these to the filling station.
A cylinder type volumetric doser, or else a set of scales, pre-determines and unloads the desired quantity of product.
Filling is done from small moving hoppers specially designed for the size being worked. Filling controls are performed and any packs that are outside tolerance limits are ejected.
Capping is preceded by the alignment of the caps. This is done by vibrating aligners or, alternatively, rotating aligners. A circuit consisting of various capping units automatically fits the caps on the containers by means of a cam-operated mechanism.
Once sealed and tested, the containers are taken to the outfeed conveyor and then to any labelling machine fitted.
The machine is controlled by a PLC and all the cyclic functions are controlled by specific electronic units with automatic size changeover.

At the same time, thanks to our exclusive system, weighing machine potentialities have been optimised in order to minimise empty cartons at even the highest production speeds.
OPERATION
- The flat cartons are placed on the blanks magazine and automatically conveyed to the forming system.
- Once in the machine, the cartons undergo marking on the outside flap, gluing and closure of the bottom before reaching the filling area.
- Product dosing can be done by means of a telescopic-cylinder volumetric system, weighing units, etc.
- The carton is then glued on the upper side and finally transferred to the way-out line.

Description:
This machine is suitable for product packing in large-size cartons, but specifically designed for cartoning detergents, powders or similar products. This unit normally features specific electronic weighers or one of our dosing units expressly studied and tested for the different products.
This is an adjustable-speed, constant-motion machine with a particularly robust structure. In designing the unit, close focus was placed on obtaining simple and fast size changeover and reducing maintenance to the utmost. Ease of use is a prime feature and even unskilled operators can run the machine.
OPERATION:
- The cartons are deposited on the blanks magazine and automatically conveyed to the machine forming system.
- After entering the machine the cartons undergo outside flap marking, gluing and bottom closing before reaching the filling area.
- At infeed point, the machine features a dust extraction area specially conceived to prevent any contamination of the surrounding area and reduce hazard risks for the operator.
- Product dosing can be done using a volumetric system with telescopic cylinders. screw feeder, electronic weighers or equipment for the automatic introduction of bags, multiple products, etc.
- The carton is then finally glued and closed on top before being conveyed to outfeed.
