Description:
This cartoner belongs to a series of cartoning machines with medium production speed. This machine brilliantly overcomes the problems of those companies that have to pack numerous types of cartons because size changeover is very quick and can be done by even non-skilled personnel.
Its ease of use and sturdiness have made it a big favourite for the past 30 years.
It has currently been updated with the most recent technological innovations for reliable and top-quality packaging.
OPERATION:
- The cartons are deposited in the blanks magazine and automatically conveyed to the forming system. -- Once in the machine, the cartons undergo marking of the outside flap, gluing and closing of the bottom, before reaching the filling area. Filling is done using a system suitable for the Customer's product.
- The carton is then glued and sealed on the top and finally conveyed to the outfeed line.
