FALCON is a horizontal flow-wrap type packaging machine which produces packs sealed on three sides from a roll of heat-sealable film.
Perfect for rapid and frequent set-up changes without compromising high-speed packaging (max 200 mechanical cycles per minute).
Packages products in the foodstuffs sector, the cosmetics sector, the pharmaceutical sector and the stationery sector.
Cantilever construction. The mechanical and electronic components are housed at the back of the machine, leaving the front clear for the sealing units.
Production residues are never in contact with the mechanical parts, while all cleaning and maintenance operations are made extremely quick and easy.

TECHNICAL DATA
Suitable packaging materials: laminated, bonded or micro-perforated polypropylene, polyethylene, heat-shrinkable and trimmable materials.
Packaging speed: up to 200 packs/min (300 packs/min for the special version).
Construction: monoblock cantilevered construction.
Dimensions of packageable products: length min 15 mm max 600 mm; width min 5 max 380 mm; height max 160 mm. The machine can be adapted for products which exceed the specified dimensions.
Automatic loading systems: in line, 90º and drop down loading, along with many other systems designed according to specific requirements.
