TGM model S400 Prima fully automatic all stainless steel tube filling and closing machine. It has a hot jaw sealing system for plastic tubes, heated product hopper with agitator/stirrer, auto tube registration system for printed tubes, 12 station indexing turret with trimming and coding, full guarding with safety interlock system, a selection of tube-holder change parts. Plastic tube diameter range: 10 – 50mm; tube height range: 50 – 235mm. Output speed max 3200 tubes per hour. Machine power requirements: 5.5kw. Cooling water rate: 2 litres/min; Compressed air requirements: 250 litres/min; Overall dimensions: 1020 x 2300 x 1980mm high.
