The ZENITH is a vertical form fill & seal packaging machine which produces closed packets with three seals from a roll of heat-sealable material.

ATHENA DOUBLE

The automatic sealing machine model Athena Double is the double chamber version which can have two identical moulds to double productivity. Supercloser SC400 Polybag-in-box Decuffer Folder Closer.

This machine automatically un-cuffs a filled polybag in a box, clear of the case flaps, opens the side flaps and folds the polybag into a neat two-way fold within the dimensions of the case to protect the product.

Trepko’s 100 Series provides tailor – made and reliable solutions for the filling and closing of pre – formed containers. The rigid and proven mechanical design of the machinery within this series enables high speeds. The machines are built in a format of up to 12 lanes and are offered with double indexing systems which allows for either a fast format size change or a doubling of the machines output.

Fully Automatic Case packing solution

TREPKO wrap-around packers are fully automatic machines which group and pack products in cases or trays formed from a flat sheet of corrugated board. The flat sheet, referred to as a ‘blank’, is folded and glued around the pre-arranged products to form the case/tray.The machine consists of flexible basic modules designed to meet the current customer requirements regarding pack types and sizes and also allows for future additions if and when they are required.

The machine design incorporates unique and interchangeable ‘blank’ feeders to allow different case/tray sizes to run on the same machine. This changeover procedure requires little time with all the different sized change parts easily and quickly accessible.

All packing takes place on one level with a maximum output speed of 20 cases per minute. The machine can also be loaded with several ‘blank’ stacks for longer runs without the need for loading.

Series C1 is the name of the brand new range of entry-level multi-head weighers presented by MBP (PFM Group). The result of two years of research and design, the C1 embodies all the experience MBP has gained in top class weighers toned down into a product which is economical yet has high quality standards.

The C2 Series is a combination Multihead weigher designe to weigh, at high speed (Speeds of up to 200 wpm on a 14-head single-discharge) and with extreme precision, various types of products. The working principle is based on the distribution of the product onto weigh buckets and on the identification of the best discharged combination, which is reached through an algorithm of combinatorial calculation, in order to obtain the best possible speed/precision relation. The Multihead weigher is subject to a mechanical customization based on the specific characteristics of product.

Series C3 with Memory Buckets optimises Twin and 2 to 8 multi-flavour versions.
The Series C3 was developed to provide an effective solution to the demand for high productivity combined with the need to weigh and mix a variety of products in a single pack. Available with 8-10-14-16-20-24 buckets, it features IP66 protection rating and is therefore completely washable. It is operated through an industrial PC with a 15″ touch screen featuring extremely powerful, and easy to programme Windows software.

SCIROCCO BB is designed to meet the most demanding requirements in terms of packaging speed, hermetic sealing, ease of cleaning, and high quality standards of the internal and structural components.

SCIROCCO is the new PFM Flow Pack for high speed M.A.P. (Modified Atmosphere Packaging) of cheeses, breads, fresh pasta, sausages and salami, meats and other products.

The BG 2800 produces flow pack packages with three seals that have a perfect appearance. Designed for High Speed packaging, in MAP as well, with completely air tight seals, compact, smooth, free from product wrinkles and of the highest quality for when the package appearance is of the highest importance.

The TORNADO LD is a horizontal pillow-pack wrapping machine which produces at high speed hermetically closed seals from a flat reel of heat seal wrapping material.
