ARAice ice lollies producers

ARAice is the versatile solution for packaging ice lollies using the same flavour or combining up to 10 flavours per cycle. Applicable in an extra-long version with a double extrusion system, automatic nozzle elevation, centralised lubrication and tool-free cleaning.

Trepko’s 200 Series provide flexible and effective solutions for filling and closing pre-formed containers. The machinery within this range achieves outputs from 2,400 up to 14,3000 cups/hour. Four machine sizes are available (210-220-230-240) dependent on the required output, container size and options required, each with different frame sizes and number of lanes.

Trepko’s 100 Series provides tailor – made and reliable solutions for the filling and closing of pre – formed containers. The rigid and proven mechanical design of the machinery within this series enables high speeds. The machines are built in a format of up to 12 lanes and are offered with double indexing systems which allows for either a fast format size change or a doubling of the machines output.

Fully Automatic Case packing solution

TREPKO wrap-around packers are fully automatic machines which group and pack products in cases or trays formed from a flat sheet of corrugated board. The flat sheet, referred to as a ‘blank’, is folded and glued around the pre-arranged products to form the case/tray.The machine consists of flexible basic modules designed to meet the current customer requirements regarding pack types and sizes and also allows for future additions if and when they are required.

The machine design incorporates unique and interchangeable ‘blank’ feeders to allow different case/tray sizes to run on the same machine. This changeover procedure requires little time with all the different sized change parts easily and quickly accessible.

All packing takes place on one level with a maximum output speed of 20 cases per minute. The machine can also be loaded with several ‘blank’ stacks for longer runs without the need for loading.
