Description:
Completely new vertical multilane machine to produce TWINPACK stickpacks.
TWINPACK consists of two sticks joined together in tube form. This enables two separate products in the same pack, totally isolated from each other.

ARATWIN SPECIFICATIONS
1. CONCEPT
- Multilane Packaging machine, from the reel of heatsealable material and intermittent motion, Form, Fill and Seal sachets with TwinPack form.
- Fill the product, seal by temperature, cut and discharge the TwinPacks for the following
manipulation, by automatic way, via transfer or with an exit belt.
2. FRAME
- Monoblock high resistance carbon steel frame.
- Ungreasing with tricloretilene, painted with Powder and baked at 140ºC temperature getting a high resistance and protection in the most unfavourable atmosphere.
- Special design for easy cleaning and easy access, to avoid dead edges and unaccessible
spaces.
- Electrical installation totally separated from the mechanical and pneumatical part, avoiding
heat transfers.
- Touch screen integrated in the frame body.
- Four supports point with regulation.
3. MAIN MOTION
- Main motion by means of a motor-reducer with variable speed adjustment from the touch screen.
- All mechanical operations are situated in the interior part of the frame, totally insulated and
protected.
- Film pulling by means of the horizontal sealing jaws, directly controlled by the motor-reducer from the main motion.
- Centralized lubrication with only one point of distribution.
4. UNWINDER
- Automatic unwinding system, avoiding extra-cargo and film tension on the unwinding
process, controlled by a motor-reducer.
- Unwinder totally covered by means of Macrolon safety guards.
- Pneumatically operated expandable reel holder shaft, to speed up the reel placement.
- End of reel detector with automatic machine stop.
- Reel holder adjustment, by a motorised automatic centering system from the touch screen.
5. REEL CUTTING
- Independent cutting system by pressure, by means of discs cutters.
- Titanium discs cutters to get long life and resistence.
- Neumatic device for all the group elevation, controlled by the touch screen.
6. DOSING SYSTEM
- Stainless Steel funnels with forming tube.
- All parts in contact with the product are in Stainless Steel AISI 316.
7. FORMING PART
- By means of an independent lanes system, form each TwinPack lane to double tube form.
- Dosing-forming tube, especially mechanized for the perfect form and seal of the TwinPack to avoid possible seal defects.
8. VERTICAL JAWS
- Sealing bars made by Steel F-114 with heat resistance and sonda for adjust and control the temperature individually.
- Number of sealing bars depending of the total machine lanes.
- Automatic opening of the sealing jaws in case of machine stop, to avoid overheating on the film.
- Tip-up vertical jaws in 180º, by means of a handle for easy cleaning without burn risk (without tools need).
- Heat protection plate in all the vertical sealing group.
9. ROTATIVE SEALING JAWS FOR THE TWINPACK FORMAT
- Vertical Sealing jaws by means of rotative rollers to divide the two different products.
10. HORITZONTAL JAWS
- Horizontal sealing jaws made by Steel F-114, with heat resistance and sonda for adjust and
control the temperature, composed of two symmetric sealing jaws for the perfect StickPack
sealing.
- Independent temperature control in relation to the vertical sealings.
11. STRAIGHT HORITZONTAL CUTTING
- Independent and mechanical straight knife, operated by a brake-clutch motor.
- Installed on an independent station, situated after the horizontal jaws.
- Symmetric and reversible cutting knives.
12. ELECTRONICAL SETTINGS
- Machine control pannel with colour touch screen display completed with test system to control all the machine functions.
- Operating in 9 programmes in 4 languages.
- Sachet length adjustment electronically controlled from the touch screen.
- Print registration Photocell for centering printed film, automatically adjusted from the display.
- Production data: speed, total production by quantity and by time, stop times and control of
packaging material consumption.
- Changement blockade of any operation by means of a Password.
- Temperature control from the touch screen and independent for each sealing jaw.
- All the alarms signals that appears on the display, have their own help or revision texts.
- Alarm historical.
- Posibility of connection via modem and ethernet.
13. NEUMATICAL CONTROL
- Maintenance unit with air key, submicronic filter and digital pressure gauge.
- Centralized rack of valves and insulated from the mechanical and electrical part.

- Macrolon safety guards with form and non-breackable (included Schmerzal safety micro switches).
- Kit of tools for the adjustment and maintenance.
