Economical “2 – Flap” Seal Cartoner
Emrich’s UK supplier T. Freemantle specialise in cartoning machines for an array of packaging requirements.
Their 2-flap sealer is a cost effective, entry-level machine that requires manual loading of product by an operator. Filled cartons are loaded, hot-melt glue is applied and the flaps are folded and sealed. At a speed of 25 ppm, the 2-flap sealer will suit most small to medium applications.
Alternatively, the Continuous 2-flap sealer is suited for a faster output of up to 60 ppm and once sealed, cartons are ejected from the machine by the discharge outfeed belts.
Manufactured in food grade stainless steel and aluminium, these cartoners are designed to cope with multiple operating shifts effortlessly.
Added features include:
- Shaft drive transmission
- Maintenance free bearings and wear strips on all moving parts
- Fully safety interlock system on all hinged guards
- Ideal for use with tear strip and re-seal carton designs
- Thermal overhead main drive protection
